DSIL has ruined my hair

Dsil has done my hair today and I think she's messed it up. I've had foils done and a toner put on but it's WAY too ashy and it's greyish in some places. Sorry I don't know if I'm explaining it well.

It just looks a mess and I don't think she knew how to sort it. She's told me to wash it again and it will fade eventually but I don't know if it will.

Anybody any advice?

Btw if u find your roots are lighter it cud be it’s lifted really well and she should have gone over the ends with a lower peroxide so it’s even xxx

If it's usually ok have you asked her what she has done or used differently?

Posted too soon. Meant to say i hate it even more today now I've slept and can see it in the light of day it really is almost platinum grey!! And I'm pale too so it completely washes me out.

OP it will be fine after a few washes, sorry but you’re being a bit OTT about. Use head and shoulders or something it’s good at fading. Toners are not permanent.
