Anyone live in or been to Pendle Hill?

I want to do the witch trail in September but I’ve watched a lot of YouTube videos where the locals tend to be overprotective of the area and try and restrict peoples access.

Can anyone shed any light?

I'm from the area en can attest the locals are both friendly and welcoming

You need to be fit to do Pendle though - it's only two metres off having mountain status or something

I remember driving back over sabden way on a dark night and the fog was so thick I could barely see

I live near Pendle Hill and love it. There’s something special about seeing it when you drive home and the views from the top are spectacular. One of my favourite places in the world.
