He has a beard.

I hate it.

Its hairy and tickly and when I kiss him they go in my mouth.

Well not just that, for me too.

I never have hairy legs, armpits or ahem...any where else.

I know he would be grossed out by it! So i think he can show me the same courtesy and shave!

Not even clean shave just like rustys DH!

I'm lucky shaving wise, DP gets told off at work if he isn't clean shaven

Disenchanted · 24/02/2008 13:03

Thank you disenchanted! It was her 18th birthday last Sunday which is why all the pictures are there - I was getting all nostalgic!

VictorianSqualor · 24/02/2008 13:06

That's it? I thought it was going to be huge!
It's not the greatest of facial hair but at least it's not a full beard.

Disenchanted · 24/02/2008 13:07

I know its hardly a father christma beard, but close up its hairy and yucky and i HATE it!

RustyBear · 24/02/2008 13:09

I'd prefer the full beard, I'm not keen on that little bit under the bottom lip - I never liked it when DH practised topiary on his beard.....

Disenchanted - your nephew is gorgeous too - I love his hair....

Disenchanted · 24/02/2008 13:11

I know he lovely, i call him a fluffy chicken because of his hair!

He doesnt tend to it at all, i think thats the problem

Just lets it grow like a damn hippie

Umm - well, if those gaps are natural, I'd tend to agree with you, he should give up trying. Some people are just not meant to have beards...

Disenchanted · 24/02/2008 13:16

I agree! Hes only a baby- 22!

He should try again at 40! lol

Only 22 and he has a beard? This is a growing and increasingly disturbing trend in young men.

Guys: you look ridiculous. Why not go the whole hog and buy a pipe and some slippers? Oh and maybe a big farty stinky Labrador to carry your paper back from the shop in the morning. And a comfy cardy. And perhaps a tea cosy to wear for a hat.

Think how much that would increase your sexual allure.... Fools.

Save the beard for when your 50+ and can carry it off as a distinguished piece of face furniture and not a patchy growth of silky bum fluff that makes you look like a creepy teenager whose dad has never taught him the rudiments of polite male hygiene.

Personally I shave every day (with the rare exeption of the very odd lazy Sunday). I regard it as a common coutesy to the women I kiss on a daily basis (DW and 2 x DDs).
