To Refuse to go back in work?

On Friday my boss terminated the lease of a tenant then left early as planned to go away for the weekend. The tenant arrived in the office 15 mins later hammering on the door shouting obscenities and threatening me (she's defaulted on the payment plan for her rent arrears but my boss also cited that she has harrassed staff - the tenant followed me to my car in the car park, accusing me of being a liar the previous day, when I told her my boss was out on lunch and my boss was unbeknown to me, having lunch in the back of house and came through).
The security manager inadvertently let her in when he opened the office door (It's on a maglock). She came towards my desk and I really thought she was going assault me as she seemed to be heading for the side of it. I had time to to get round the other side and go through to back of house and lock it. I grabbed my bag from the staff room left via the fire escape.
My car had been keyed up one side and I was in bits. I came home and burst into tears. I've no proof she keyed my car, but I honestly don't feel safe in work. I collected my laptop tonight (my husband came with me even though I knew she'd not be there - just being back in the building was really scary). I was meant to go to a festival yesterday but hadn't slept because of the worry/paranoia about who scratched my car and if she'll come back kicking off again on Monday. My boss will be back tomorrow but I just feel safer working from home till it blows over. Is this unreasonable? I can't sleep because I'm so anxious and worked up.

Is there any cameras in car park?
i would feel uncomfortable and scared to go in too, think your boss needs to report to police, I know you can't prove she did your car but it should be mentioned and logged to police about her behaviour.
surely she should be banned from the office now and told police will be called if she comes in again.
Just talk manager your concerns and ask to work from home for the week and say you want to ensure you won't be alone in office going forward if that's possible.
Hope your ok x

@Ringading123 I checked re CCTV but it's a revolving camera for a big car park so wouldn't catch a small quick act like keying a car.

I'm honestly scared to tell my boss the extent of it because I've started panicking the tenant will find my address if it's escalated to police - she's volatile and extreme. I also don't want my boss to think I'm feckless and got no backbone.

I'm annoyed at not being forewarned about the lease forfeiture (I was simply bcc'd on the email sent to the tenant). Also that the security guy just stood there as she pushed past him at the door and came towards my desk. I didn't feel at all supported by his presence. He messaged my boss to tell her what happened after i left and she messaged me to see if I was okay.

You 100% need to tell your boss what happened.
Surely you know you need to log an incident report for this so steps can be taken to ensure it doesn’t escalate further, or happen again.

@RunningFromInsanity Thinking about it, one will have been filed on Friday as the security manager witnessed it and they have to do incident logs.

I'm just wary of escalating it because if I hadn't told my boss that she followed me to my car calling me a liar and asking me why I lied to cover my boss and if I feel stupid now etc, my boss wouldn't have forfeited her lease and she wouldn't have come to the office kicking off.

She says I've ruined her business and she will make me wish I'd never been born. I feel so scared even though I know it was her failing to pay rent and then wrongly accusing me of lying about my boss being on lunch that caused the forfeiture.
