To wash ALL the holiday clothes…

Settle a lighthearted debate here…

Just returned from 2 week holiday with DH. About 85% of 2 suitcases of clothes have been worn, so we have dirty clothes mixed in with ‘clean’ clothes as there wouldn’t be enough space to have 1 clean and 1 dirty suitcase. I’ve just started loading it all into the washing machine and DH thinks I’m mad? He thinks anything unworn can be hung back up. My rationale is that as it’s all been mixing together for 24 hours or so it all smells. We have damp swimsuits and T-shirts mixing with clean stuff so in my view it all needs to be freshened up. He completely disagrees. Who IBU here?

Agree with you! Much easier to just shove it all in the wash

I'd wash it all even if I'd kept clean and dirty separate. It's nice to reset after being away. I don't over pack though so I wouldn't have piles of stuff.
