After tonight they won't be worth as much. So just reminding people incase they have saved them up throughout the year to cash in.

I did mine a coupe of days ago after my last tesco shop.

If you have points that havent converted to vouchers yet you can convert now and use too, you dont need to wait until next statement.

I always use the app but had a brain wave to try the website..

Logged into the website and was able to check out multiple times to get a couple of smaller vouchers - hurrah! wouldn't be able to spend 80 quid on food in one go!

Have got order confirmation emails but no rewards codes yet. Hope they do honour it.

Also a bit gutted that I used the app at all... this morning it took more vouchers than needed and I'm owed 2.50 change.... that would be 7.50 at 3x.. but no change given yet 😭

Ah well, I haven't paid full price at Pizza Express for 5 years thanks to Tesco so can't complain too much!

My app just keeps saying "Sorry, we couldn't order your rewards voucher" 🤷‍♀️

Now 15th June

I ordered some yesterday and still haven’t had the codes through! I got a confirmation email, but it’s been over 24 hours now and still nothing else.

I can't get mine to work. It's just crashing all the time.

Monday night I couldn't get anything. Tuesday morning I ordered Pizza Express tokens and got a confirmation email. Tokens arrived 90 minutes later. I have quite a lot of vouchers so yesterday evening ordered some more for another restaurant and was surprised there seemed to be no issue with the site - quickly got a confirmation email but 24 hours later token is still listed as 'pending' in my app.

Aha! Just got my voucher delivered 36 hours after order was confirmed!

Finally got them!

Still not got mine, I applied at 8am yesterday.

Quick question - my QR codes (for Pizza Express) aren't downloading properly in the email - how can I sort this please? They just a tiny question mark where each QR square should be. I tried to print the email but they printed out with the question marks instead of QR codes. They are currently unusable I think?

My WiFi is fine and I got a separate email with QR codes for Pizza Express from Tesco Clubcard at the same time.

I'm baffled and not sure how to fix it? Any ideas?

Finally managed it. Got chef and brewer all vouchers at triple. Thanks for the reminder OP.

I still get the "sorry we couldn't order your reward voucher" come up.

@libertyfabric mine are like this too, little question marks in the QR code.

Annoying! I'm not sure how to sort this out/contact them!

@libertyfabric I've forwarded it to my work email and that has sorted it out. Have you got another email you could send it to?

I did one last week and have still not received it, the phone line still referring to 'technical problems', ones I did later came through fairly quickly.

I'm still waiting for a Pizza express voucher to come through that has been pending since yesterday morning...
Couldn't get logged in after that.

It's been changed to 2x on the app now so I'm hoping it's just a back log and any glitches will be sorted soon.
