Want to leave job after 4.5 months

I did almost quit around 2 months ago but ended up staying.
I have got a job offer from the civil service luckily but I am still undergoing the security checks which could take months I've been told, so I'm not holding my breath.
I've only just completed the Identity check and I haven't started the CTC yet.
I have an unpaid break taken from me which on some shifts (but not all) does take me under minimum wage as I don't get to take the break.
I don't mind the work apart from how busy it is and the lack of break, it's how cliquey and gossipy the place is.
We're 95% women, most of them socialise outside of work and shifts feel like high school. It's always friends working together where they can, even eating the same thing together for tea which is almost a bit pathetic. Like last night it was, 'Let's both have cheese on toast together'.
Like they have to be joined at the hip throughout the shift.
The management do like me and have said I'm a hard worker, and I've been promoted.
It's them and the residents I feel guilty towards.
I know I will be giving my notice eventually when I start the CS job provided all checks come back ok.
If I leave this one now I have supply agency work I can fall back on luckily even though it isn't always reliable.
Everybody in that place gossips, even gossip about their own friends sometimes when they aren't on shift. Very two faced environment. I don't fit in with people there, I feel like an outcast and I'm never invited to anything. I've got a few people I make chitchat with but ultimately they aren't interested in being close friends with me. There's one who maybe would but I'm not even sure.
My new role will be mainly WFH which is a godsend.
I'm just not sure whether to stick it out and not be flaky. It won't look good on my CV. Just feel miserable going there, and feel life is too short. Really don't know.

Nobody there is rude, apart from some domestic staff who just had to ask me why I'm quiet. Like I need to explain my personality to people. Anyway.

unless MI5, I doubt it

It's for the home office, only AO. Hopefully it'll be quicker but I've heard so many varying stories!

It’s a junior role, correct?

it will not take close to months

i would stick it out

Fingers crossed! It took them 3 months to give me answer from my interview though lol
