What is my heart doing? Can anyone read ECG?

Have been dealing with PVCs for the last year and learnt my triggers, how to chill out more, learnt more about the vagus nerve etc and had gotten to a point of managing it well, almost off propranolol.
Huge amount of stress in all areas of life at the moment and had been having what I thought were PVCs all day but wasn't massively concerned.
Decided to just look on my Kardia monitor and it's not PVCs it's something I've not seen before but still giving me that heart jumping out my chest feeling. Is anyone able to tell me what this is? Have applied for technician review but can take 24hours and mildly worrying as it's new and unsure if it's anything to worry about or just like a PVC and not dangerous. Don't feel dizzy or anything just uncomfortable and feel panicky with not knowing what it is. As I've not dropped dead today I'm assuming it's okay to wait until the morning but just want to double check. Thanks!

Not the best quality ECG,but it looks like an ectopic beat

To me it sounds like ectopic beats, normally totally benign. I get them every 90 seconds or so and they look like that on ecg, but they are linked to another heart condition i have. To me i feels like a really hard heart beat and a few seconds of nothing then everything starts normally again, however if you feel strange or at all concerned phone 111 or go and get checked at a and e. Better safe than sorry

Thanks both, it's since calmed down thankfully but feels as you described which isn't too dissimilar to the PVCs. I think I intend to have an early night and will go in to docs for an ECG if it happens again tomorrow. Will definitely seek help if I do start to feel funny. Panic attacks seem very good at mimicking that though 😂

Looks like ventricular ectopics. Nothing too much to worry about.

Thank you @CrazyCatLover I can sleep peacefully tonight!
