Do you think we stand a chance this year? This song has become such an earworm to me.

Autotuned trash.

Same as every other autotuned trash around these days.

@Lollygaggle I can't quite figure out how that jury from the link works. The official Eurovision page states that the jury vote is based on the Friday night show (of course known as the jury final).

It will do well but it won't win.
I don't like Loreen's particularly but as it has done well across Europe already
Tattoo (Loreen song) - Wikipedia (same as Duncan's Arcade, Lena's Satellite and Loreen's Euphoria) before the contest, it has more chance of winning - Mae's has done well in the UK but not across all countries afaik.

I'm supporting the UK and then Ireland in the Eurovision song contest. I watch it every year for those reasons. I'm Northern Ireland so has to be UK first choice then Ireland as it's my neighbours. The dancing is my favourite part in it all and am glued to the box from start to finish!

TheGoogleMum · 23/04/2023 21:42

It won't win, but it isn't bad hoping for left side of results table!

I do wish they wouldn’t do that, release and promote the song before the contest as it can often result in complete rhubarb winning it - like the three you mentioned!

No the jury votes are published. The top three are in bold and the countries that have points are in normal font. You dont know how many points they have, you just know they do eg https://eurovoix.com/2023/04/22/euro-jury-2023-results-ireland-austria/

They're not the actual jury votes. It might be interesting to compare them afterwards though.

I can't remember which song it is but Duncan Lawrence has written one of this year's entries - you'll know it when you hear it, it's sooo obvious!
