Not sure which job to go for?

I currently work for a couple of different agencies, it's hard to say what my exact annual salary is but it's roughly around 24k. I'm 32.
I've got an interview for a term time only job on 26.2k actual salary, for 39 weeks per year. I'd be able to do one of the agency jobs during the holidays too which would bump me up to about 28k a year. Monday-Friday 8-4 and a better commute, currently an hour each way.
A 4k payrise would certainly be good, I'd also still get more holidays than I do now so maybe seems like a no brainer.
Obviously no guarantee of getting the job but just considering my options.

I do like my current job (one of the 3) and have been there since January only. It's zero hours but I get the same shifts each week, whereas the other jobs are bank. I feel flaky if I were to let them down by leaving after only 3/4 months. It's got its problems, I never get my full unpaid break, lucky if I get 10 minutes. Expected to get there early for no extra pay and not always out on time, but I suppose this is the nature of many jobs.
People are pleasant to me there but I don't really fit in as such. I'm quite quiet and most of the other staff are very extroverted, they socialise outside of work, message each other etc. And I've not really 'broken into' the group as such.

Anyway I just feel guilty even though I'm just an employee to them at the end of the day, but I do feel that I could do with a higher salary.

The 24k is gross annual salary.

The new job definitely! More money and secure, you'll regret staying in the zero hours job I think

If you are offered the term time only job then take it.
Zero hours is to suit them, if they didn't want the option of dropping or changing your hours they would have given contracted hours.
I understand not wanting to treat anyone badly and maintaining your integrity, but this isn't leaving an employer in the lurch who has treated you really well and shown they value you.
So why put them above your own quality of life?
Best of luck with the new job!

Thanks for your answers! Hopefully I'll get the new job, part of me worries that I don't have the personality for the job.
