I honestly can’t bear it when plastic food packaging doesn’t open with ease. I have been known to bin the item in rage… not proud of this! anyone else have minor things that make them mad?!

OP posts:
GoodnightJude1 · 15/04/2023 20:14

Yes to the recipe one!!! Also when you google a recipe and have to scroll through 56 pages of the chefs’ life history before you get to said recipe 😡

SilverGlitterBaubles · 15/04/2023 20:14

Noise, TV at full volume, people munching or talking on the phone really loudly.

Scout2016 · 15/04/2023 20:16

Also several rounds on Sorry I Haven't a Clue, especially Mornington Crescent, and that that football radio talk segment at the weekend where they guffaw in very pleased with themselves ways while a tinny bell dings away with no obvious logic to it.

And the way Jamie Oliver talks, I find it insufferable.

SnarkyBag · 15/04/2023 20:21

Anything IT related that’s not completely straight forward or is unnecessarily faffy. Did an online training module recently and had to access it via three different platforms. Just put everything in one fucking place!!!

RunningInTheFamily · 15/04/2023 20:28

Hangers, door handles (clothes getting caught on them) and when the first bit of the loo roll is a dickhead

SnarkyBag · 15/04/2023 20:33

Oh and clingfilm related fuckwittery

Oblomov23 · 15/04/2023 20:35

Loads. So many things I can't list them all.

When someone from HMRC, council, British Gas etc says we are short staffed because of covid. I say no you are not, that's just an excuse that's well past it's sell by date.

Pot holes that many people have reported but the council still haven't fixed 6 months later.

The Government. Boris and his party excuses.

People who deliver flyers, but don't close my gate on the way out .

When I let people out in their car, and they don't say thank you .

Avocado's. I can't get them perfectly ripe on the day I want them.

Skyrim40 · 15/04/2023 20:38

People breathing and walking around.

Emiliaswrath · 15/04/2023 20:39

I'm peri-menopausal so irritable about pretty much everything at the moment, but one thing I'm getting really irritated at is asinine conversations. My DP and his mother have repeated conversations about things like pubs/clubs/shops that have closed down and what was in that place years ago and will bicker about it. In the meantime I'm screaming shut the fuck up in my head 🤣

Casdentwo · 15/04/2023 20:40

When out walking ..people walking towards you and it's always me who moves out the way !!! Wouldn't mind if the other person at least smiled as no one ever says thankyou even when I'm in the roads or knee deep on a muddy verge

Skyrim40 · 15/04/2023 20:42

There's normally a skip to recipe button now on those sites. Having to give my email address to vileda mops and heinz mayonaise is annoying. Fb adverts for van@cleef jewellery what's the point literally only one percent of world can afford that stuff why are they advertising it to me I definitely can't afford it and hate diamonds.

One from this evening - setting up Kerplunk. I hate it with the fire of a thousand suns

This properly made me laugh, I hate it sooo much

PrettyMaybug · 15/04/2023 19:35

Urgh yeah. SO annoying. Some sites let you use the same password forever, but others make you change it every 3-6 months. So awkward to find a 'good' one. Reminds me of this....... Grin

🤣🤣🤣🤣

I am particularly ragey at the moment. No idea why. But I'm saying ffs a lot

Oysterbabe · 13/04/2023 19:50

Being unable to find something, I get in a proper rage. Half the time I won't be able to find it because DH has tidied it away somewhere ridiculous. I could kill him when that happens.

He has not helpfully tidied it.

He has hidden it.

I know, because I have the same DH.

annonymousmouseinyourhouse · 15/04/2023 21:11

baconisgoodforme · 13/04/2023 19:37

Trying to get one baby wipe out of a packet. You either can't get any or get 500 at once..literally gives me the rage 😅 I just end up flapping the packet about in the air getting all mad about it and looking ridiculous.

Put a rubber band just to the side of the seal and you'll only ever get one at a time again.

HunterHearstHelmsley · 15/04/2023 21:13

I raged and threw some cheesy garlic bread in the bin last week, after I'd screwed it into a ball. The cheese and garlic weren't distributed to my pleasing. I had both in the kitchen.

HunterHearstHelmsley · 15/04/2023 21:14

WindyWends · 15/04/2023 21:11

Yessssss!

I haven't hidden it, I've put it away

Where?!

Forgot

New patio installation incoming.

Havanawinter · 13/04/2023 19:40

I get disproportionally angry at very loud repetitive noises. Think someone repeatedly blowing a whistle, banging a fork on a table, alarms going off. I physically can’t stand it and have to leave if the noise can’t stop. I work very hard at letting my kids be noisy kids but sometimes I find it overwhelming. I wish I could change it as in every other way I’m not quick to anger at all.

Aaaggghhhh me too, started after I had glandular fever. I’ve been known to walk out of cinemas, cafes and I’m surprised sometimes the tv screen is still intact.

HunterHearstHelmsley · 15/04/2023 21:16

Casdentwo · 15/04/2023 20:40

When there's two of them walking side by side and they don't move over so you have no choice but to dive into the canal.

swayingpalmtree · 15/04/2023 21:21
  1. When I'm lying in bed looking at my phone and I've dropped it on my face
  2. When my clothes get caught on the door handle
  3. Whenever I stub my toe on the same piece of furniture more than once
  4. when I'm changing the duvet cover and the duvet goes in the wrong corner and I have to do it all again
All make me furious
BertieBotts · 15/04/2023 21:24

Whenever I hurt myself accidentally. Especially for some reason if I'm brushing my own hair and I get a tangle Confused It's like my inner five year old just unleashes herself.

Also, when you step in a wet patch while wearing socks.

Ithurtsthebackofmyeyes · 15/04/2023 21:24

I get rage at a few things but I think they’re all sound and justified.

However, I get instantaneous, white-hot rage if I ever bump my head. What’s that about?

Ithurtsthebackofmyeyes · 15/04/2023 21:26

WindyWends · 15/04/2023 21:11

He has not helpfully tidied it.

He has hidden it.

I know, because I have the same DH.

You should both kill them, be each other’s alibis, and find better ones.

Tilllly · 15/04/2023 21:32

When someone pulls out of the side road and makes me have to brake....

and then drive slowly - like ke 10mph under the limit

Well, you weren't in such a bastard rush then, were you?
