Boxing In the garden at night

Live in a nice part of SW London - semi detached. Family of teens live next door, parents are teachers and sensible enough

but how late is it too late to box a bag in the garden with friends at night? We have a DD3 and a DD3 months who are sleeping - and they aren’t raucous but the 16 year old son does box a bag with a couple friends occasionally - as it’s half term.

it’s a bit annoying and I don’t think starting that at 9pm js really acceptable - surely they can just do it during the day or even 6-7pm

i don’t think I’m BU at all tbh…

I work with teenage boys and am very pro punch bags! It's an excellent way for them to release tension, anger, frustration.
I get that it's not ideal for you, and that the thudding noise might be annoying. But why not see where a friendly, polite word gets you?
Communication really is key.

My neighbour takes his anger out on a bag he's attached right next to my living room window. Annoys the shit out of me because I don't have a bedroom. 6am yesterday morning! If he's not punching that, he's screaming and slamming doors or smoking weed/getting pissed. Wanna swap?
