Does this sound like IBD - fatigue, aching legs

I'm in the process of waiting for my colonoscopy results, although so far everything looked normal during my colonoscopy, but I have had high calprotectin in a stool sample and slightly low vitamin B12 in a blood test.

I've been suffering with aching legs recently. The kind of achy feeling you get when you're getting the flu, or when you've done too many squats. It is worse some days more than others. I've also been struggling with what I think is fatigue - some weeks are worse than others but a lot of time I will have 8-9 hours of sleep and still feel exhausted.

Could these be linked to the stomach issues I've been having too?

I'm in my 20s and otherwise healthy.

It could be microscopic colitis- my colonoscopy was clear but it was picked up on the biopsy- I had high calprotectin levels too. I sometimes feel a bit achy and like my sleep but nothing major

That's one of the things Google is saying too. Can I ask how were you diagnosed after your colonoscopy? Was it via a letter, or your GP or was it the hospital? Also are you on any treatment for it?

I just got a letter through with the biopsy results a couple of weeks later. I was given steroid tablets for a short while as that can put it into permanent remission. They worked for a while but then the symptoms came back. I decided that I didn’t want further medication as the condition doesn’t have a huge impact on my life and there are no health risks to not managing it compared to health risk of long term steroids. If it flares up I try to eat bland food to keep it under control

My legs ached a lot when I had really low vitamin D.
