Is there a way to block from seeing a certain commentor?

I know some sites you can block a user who’s comments you don’t want to see (I don’t mean dm’s), is that possible here?

I thought this would be about a particular male poster who always irritated me but they don’t seem to have posted for a month now.

I like Jermaine.

I actually find it useful to gauge how unreasonable I was! If I see the same commentator who picked an argument with me over something really stupid (fully accept I'm at fault for engaging too) going round repeatedly being aggro with everyone else on this forum too, I know it wasn't me. So far I've seen 2 or 3 frequent posters who seem to enjoy a good old dust up
