Went to a house today to drop something off i had sold to the resident. The house had a side kitchen room which appeared to be closed off for dogs to reside in.I looked through the window as wasn't sure if the door to it was the one to knock on, and saw several dogs (maybe 2 or 3) surrounded by lots of piles of poo, some smeared over the floor.
I only got to look briefly as a lady then answered a door to the side, so didn't really get to see the dogs and their condition, though nothing of concern about that automatically stood out to me.When she answered a dog was behind her, which looked in ok condition. But obviously the dogs being in a room surrounded in their own shit isn't great is it....should I report to RSPCA?
The items were for a baby that lives there, but as far as I could tell from what I saw, the room with the dogs was not the part where the baby resides.(If I had seen the baby in the dog shit room then obviously I would be doing a SS referral!)
From looking at the person's profile on Facebook (not particularly conclusive i know, but all i have to go off) there are no red flags around the baby not being reasonably well cared for either.
