Jamie Oliver venison strog. No timings given but supposed to be a speedy recipe.
Took 90 minutes, but I was multi-tasking by drinking wine and mn-ing.

I rarely use recipes really. I made chicken katsu and rice (with pre-made sauce I'd defrosted) and at the same time made chilli for tomorrow and the next day. Took me less than half an hour of active cooking. The chilli carried on simmering for an hour or so after.

Our LO has just started 3 meals a day. Feels like my life is now just cooking and cleaning.

We had a Gousto Thai curry. Recipe says 30 minutes. No idea how long it took because DH cooked it while I had a nana nap

Yesterday’s HM curry and rice took 4 minutes in the microwave. It took longer to portion out the dogs’ food.

2 minutes prep, 13 minutes cooking. Yes, oven pizza and garlic bread for tea. I did cut up some cherry tomatoes for the kids.

Simply Cook. It's just the herbs and spices or paste, the ingredients list and the method and they are all delicious and simple. Take about twenty minutes most of them and healthy too. Fabulous.

We had their Jerk Chicken with peas & rice tonight ... was fab! About 30 mins prep and cooking.
