How do you not let worries about work on Monday spoil your Sunday?

Ive got an important work meeting tomorrow and I’m already feeling nervous today.. how do you not let work worries ruin your Sunday?

For the last hour or so on a Friday I tend to go through any outstanding emails/tasks and set myself a reminder about what to prioritise on a Monday and make sure I'm organised to get whatever it is done.

I also work from home on a Monday, which helps, and I always try and avoid having any meetings on a Monday morning!

Write down what you're worried about and then write a way you might deal with it. I find it helps getting stuff out of my head and onto paper.

Nice Sunday dinner about 3pm with a couple of glasses of wine. Not so much you’d get a hangover the next morning, but just so you’re nice and mellow for the rest of the evening.
