I know its early but I feel insecure about my baby week after having my 3rd dd 6 weeks ago.
Would cutting down to one meal a day help me to lose the weight faster I've had enough I just want to wear nice clothes bigger sizes still don't fit well I just want to have a little something nice for me but nothing looks good or I have to get a bigger size makes me feel a bit bad.

I’m sorry you’re feeling like this. Although i think OMAD can be healthy for some, I honestly think that only having one meal a day whilst you’re only six weeks postpartum could be quite a strain on your body right now. You’ve had to grow an entire human, and your body has leeched minerals from your system to support their development in the womb, so it might be challenging for your body to ‘refuel’ and replenish your vitamin and mineral levels to keep you healthy. Also, if this is your third child then you may find only one meal a day leaves you quite exhausted if you're running around after multiple children! Of course that’s no judgment on anyone who’s successfully done that, but I personally feel it might be challenging.
I totally get the desire to get back in shape, but I would still stick to three healthy meals a day to begin with, and starting to get out and about more (if you're ready to do so), and the weight loss will be so much more healthier and sustainable. I wish you all the best with your little one! 😊

One meal a day would be a disaster, mentally and physically. Your body and your mind needs a minimum amount of calories each day just to function and you're not going to get that from one meal a day. You just made, carried, and birthed a baby, it's going to take a little while for your body to recover and you need to be kind to yourself in the meantime.

Focus on eating balanced meals, drinking lots, and getting out for a walk with the pram every day.

Is everything okay otherwise? One of my symptoms of postnatal anxiety was a hyper fixation on the changes to my body, obsession about my health, and trying to control every tiny aspect of my life including my meals.
