To want to find a realistic doll for dd that isn’t a reborn?

I am trying to find dd a realistic doll for her birthday. All that is coming up in my searches is reborn dolls (which I do not want!)

AIBU to want to find a doll that isn’t a reborn?

Does anyone’s dc have a realistic doll that you’d recommend? If you have a link that would be even better!

@Puddlelane123 I think they would be probably be ok for a 2 year old as they aren't too heavy. They fit my daughter's old 'Tiny Baby' size clothes - she was a little 5 pound baby if that's any help 🙂

Not sure if it's realistic enough but I got a Corolle doll for my toddler. It's lovely (I find dolls a bit freaky generally) but on the more expensive side in case that's a consideration. She loves playing with it.

I’m still on the hunt! I think I’ve found one but they don’t have it for sale in the UK for a reasonable price!

I just came on to say my dd got a JC doll in a chatity shop this morning and it’s v.realistic without being too freaky.

We had Baby Annabel. She sucks a bottle, wears mini nappies, gurgles and burps. She wears prem size baby clothes so I used to buy outfits in Matalan sale. She was much loved.
