I don't mean the vipers and the AIBU nest of utter venom. AFAIK that's pretty much the same. as it's always been I mean the anonymity.

I have something I want second, third, and fourth opinions on but I cannot share on here like I used to for fear I will end up on page 4 of the Daily Fail.

If the police took his phone to check it, then he was fully aware of that.

What are timelines here? (you don’t have to say, for anonymity, just think about it)

It takes a long time at the moment for CPS to get through cases and make a charging decision. I have a relative who committed a more serious offence in Feb 2022 (including needing phone forensics) and the CPS decision only came last month! Over a year.

I do not believe that CPS would charge with literally no evidence of a refusal to delete, or forwarding.

I presume the vulnerable person you know is his new girlfriend. Get him to say EXACTLY what he’s been charged with. I’m betting he obfuscates.

I would get said new girlfriend to make a Clare’s Law application. Depending on why they’re vulnerable and your relationship to them you might be able to yourself - though I’m not sure on that.

PS! I know this bumped, but it’s not that old and I’m assuming @Frequency will get notifications - and it’s important to think about the doubts.
