To ask for a refund?

Just want to know whether I’m being greedy here. My daughter had two swimming lessons cancelled last term due to the pool being too cold. One was deducted from the next term’s invoice however the other has just been ignored.
another lesson has just been cancelled for this term and again, have been told it will be deducted from next terms invoice. AIBU to ask for a refund for these two lessons? It’s a small business but £30 is quite a lot for me.

Just ask. It may be an oversight.

Just ask them about the ignored one, they’ve probably just not realised. Seems pointless then giving you the cash back when you have to pay for next term anyway.

I would just deduct the cost of the 2 from next term and send a note explaining.

Riverlee · 04/02/2023 08:27

I would deduct them from next terms lessons as well.

I'm going to assume you mean you won't be booking for next term and therefore the deduction won't be applicable. Just explain it again and ask them to refund the money
