I’m a bit of a vitamin junkie. I believe they will help alleviate all the day to day issues I have (thinning hair, gum disease, bit of anxiety). Lots of medical professionals have suggested them so I diligently take Vitamin B12, D, probiotics every day. It’s expensive and I wonder if it’s worth it? Has anyone seen real benefits for their health ?
also the tablets always state take 1-2 a day… how do you know what to do? It’s obviously even more expensive doing 2 of all of them!
