To say this made me really sad?

Moving house tomorrow, about half an hours drive away.
My next door neighbour just popped in and got all choked up. When I asked what was wrong, she said that I am the only one who hugs her and she is going to miss that so very much.
She lives alone and does have family but not close. She's quite a bit younger (early forties) to my 58 years so do feel quite maternal towards her. Aibu to feel sorry for her? I can't imagine not having hugs whenever I need them or affection 😔

It's only a half hour drive, I'm sure you can visit each other.

If it helps @binglebangle567 I would hug you right now if I could.
I realise I am fortunate to not feel this pain x

30 minutes away.
Most people drive that twice a day for work.

I get that but I wouldn't even say we are close enough to do that. It's just the daily interaction, the 2 minute chat and quick hug that we had. It meant everything to her and I just didn't realise. I hate she won't have this when I go.
