To be horrified at Delivery driver drug driving

So, after a mad day (small operation for DH) we ordered burger and pizza garlic bread to be delivered as no one wants to cook.
opened the door to delivery driver and hall and lounged filled with smell of weed.
(clutches pearls 😱)
i mean I know that stuff lingers but he MUST have smoked it recently to smell that strongly. Even the pizza box and bag smelled of it.
what would you do?!
DH said ‘shouldn’t we tell someone’ I mean who?! The guy that delivered (40’s) could be boss for all we know!
also, it’s a good take out and only about 3 people deliver to us!
i mean each to their own, but drug driving is a no from me. Or is this the world now, everyone’s taking it? I have no idea if I am being unreasonable to be horrified!
will probably do nothing but intrigued if I’m now just old school!

As someone who has had a friend killed by a drug driver, there are some idiots on this thread. If only someone had made a nuisance of themselves and had 'policed' the driver and grassed on them, my friend would still be alive. His kids would still have their Dad. His wife would still have her husband.

I used to work in a pizza takeaway when I was a student and all the delivery drivers would smoke weed in the shop whilst waiting for orders. It was ever thus

Well, I think a few posters are a bit sheltered if they think pizza, weed, mopeds and young men do not have much in common.

Drug driving is illegal and as serious and dangerous as drink driving - so treat it as if you had smelt alcohol on him ( I would call the police )
Canibis stays in the system much longer than alcohol so if you can smell it on him he will undoubtedly test positive
Those saying there are worse things to worry about - tell that to the relative whose loved one has been killed by a drug driver !
