If a colleague asked if you just snack a lot at home? When you’ve never discussed your eating habits ever and just eat lunch at work (never breakfast or have any snacks at your desk)

I think this needs more context. How did the question come about? If someone I didn't know well or speak to a lot randomly came up to me and asked me this, got my answer then walked off, I'd find it very odd.

If a group of people who were on very friendly terms were all talking about if we snack a lot and someone in the group asked me if I did, that's perfectly normal! And then there's all in between.

Where on the scale was it?

Nope. Maybe she wanted to ask you for snacks suggestions? Did you follow up with asking her why? The context is so important here!

No but it depends. Are you overweight or are you very thin?
My friend’s son is a professional body builder and eats a strict diet. He also follows an incredibly strict exercise routine so I can imagine his work colleagues asking him questions about what he eats etc.

Are you being deliberately vague about your weight OP?

Only it's fairly relevant.
