I haven't had dauphinoise for ages - that's going on the list for upcoming meals. And I love Chicken Kyiv, I spent half of lockdown craving the M&S ones (specifically those ones, quite often a last minute dinner decision and much better than the Sainsbury's ones).

Are you all making your own dauphinoise potatoes or buying ready made - and if so from where?

The Sainsbury's Kyiv bake posted by someone else is gorgeous. I want to make my own but I'm rubbish at working out ingredients etc. I can't find any similar recipes online either.
