What exactly can they do?

Maybe refuse to appear in reality TV shows which only perpetuate and reinforce her harmful negative and publicity seeking behaviours 🤨

Can someone clarify.. is it the case of all the kids she has she doesn't have PR over any of them? i.e. their fathers do expect for Harvey who is over 18 so doesn't require that?

Harvey is in full-time care, year-round, although he does occasionally come out at weekends and for things like Christmas. This has been documented in the TV programme, Harvey and Me.
It would appear that Junior and Princess have lived with their father and step-mother for a number of years now and she seems to have very little contact with them, particularly Junior.
Jett and Bunny, the youngest two, also lived full-time with their father with Katie seeming to have a couple of hours' supervised visitation per week. Allegedly, her most recent partner was not at one point allowed anywhere near them. Make of that what you will.
Katie broadcast on a recent IG post that she now has full custody of those two, but it appears that there is something odd going on about this. Who knows? She is the master of smoke and mirrors.

Great mum I would beg to differ she swans abroad many times a year multiple drug and drink driving convictions she’s never looked after H full time Dwight Yorke paid her mum to be full time carer for him for many years she’s also had a multitude of babysitter and nanny’s and hangers on and now he’s in residential which is great as he’s away from her who is feeding him to death and was only posting last week laying naked in bed with him her 20 year old son it doesn’t matter that he has disabilities she needs to be appropriate and he will have urges and hormones how is sharing a bed with him appropriate!

She was so beautiful and amazing figure pete/alex days but my goodness the ridiculous black eyebrows that over take her face and horrendous hair extensions show that money can buy looks ! The time when she was jetting to usa for those amazing hair extensions she looked so pretty. All the latest uk documentary progs she is on she looks scruffy and un kempt. Her house is also so messy. Such a shame but proof money can buy you looks as when she had money she was immaculate.

I suspect there's more at play with the change in her appearance than not having a lot of money to pay for it. She's had the works done with aesthetics and surgery and apparently a lot of it has been given for free (according to the other threads). She also has lots of body tattoos now.

I don't understand why she'd keep the eyebrows as they're so unflattering. I think she's lost sight of 'normal' appearance and has adopted this new extreme look.
