To say he is being discriminated against?

DH works for an agency as it fits around his 2 health conditions.
He has never cancelled or not shown up which is unlike a lot of the other staff.
Anyway, he is struggling with one of his conditions and has been open about this with them but they insist on harassing him. Endless texts and if he doesn't reply immediately he is met with a series of ?????
He said again about his conditions and that he at present cannot cope with very long shifts and travel and was told this was not acceptable and that he needs to rethink his options.
Aibu to say this is disability discrimination and harassment?

If he's an agency worker and not available for any reason then he's not available.

The agency can them decide not to give him more work when he is available. He will then need to work for another agency.

Unfortunately some agency staff will bully people until they stand up to them. He needs to stand up to them and tell them to leave him alone and not reply to any messages.

Does he have a disability? A health condition is not necessarily a disability. If he’s not disabled then no discrimination.

Have you posted about this before? It sounds very familiar.

He needs to just ignore them and, yes, rethink his options (i.e. leave).

It depends if he is (legally) disabled and whether the texts are harassment because of his disability or something related to it.
