Anyone else fucked up today?

I’ve fucked up big time. I ate chocolates, butter, and a big wedge of chocolate fudge cake with cream and another slice of baked Alaska. I kept thinking fuck it, it’s christmas. And that’s true, it is Christmas, but unfortunately I am appparenly as unable to digest lactose on Christmas as I am any other day. Who would have thought?! 😂

any thoughts and prayers would be greatly received for what is going to be a long, uncomfortable and unpleasant night.

Fell out with my cousin spectacularly. It's been a long time coming. He's particularly difficult to get along with, especially when he doesn't get his own way. I just hope it doesn't have repercussions for the rest of the family. That's the only thing I feel guilty for.

Last year I had a full on gallbladder attack on Christmas Day due to the cheese consumed on Christmas Eve. I spent all day crying in pain. This year I've not dared to eat anything and now I'm sitting down to eat ALL THE CHEESE!

Oh the instructions. We have the game so I'm sure I can look them out. Providing I know where it is

I've managed just to keep my blood sugar down to an ok level until I cracked and had some gateau, paying for it this morning

I ate, cheese, lots of cheese, did i mention LOTS of cheese? Also took lots of laticaid but yea...

Down with this big that's doing the rounds (whole family poorly) so Xmas dinner was the worst thing I've ever cooked!

Backs killing. Rung in sick to work who are going to be suspicious as it's between Christmas and New Year. Absolutely not sleeping. This makes me eat. Cheese, chocolate, biscuits, cake- not fussy. Also slightly lactose and gluten intolerant. Fortunately not at work so near the loo but actually getting off the sofa may be the issue!
