DP sneezes and blows nose very loud

Is is reasonable to expect that late at night you would try to do it discretely so not to wake/disturb people?

DP says it is allergies though I do feel there is no attempt to minimise

My neighbour blows his nose really loudly - I wonder if one of you is his partner? We are semi detached but I can hear him as if he was in the same room. They are lovely people, but my goodness I'm not sure I could live with that!
