Meh I don't think the dress is that bad. If people are concentrating on an 11 year olds cleavage area (or lack thereof), it sounds more like a them problem. The kid looks lovely. I don't feel the dress is sexual at all. Just my opinion.

It depends on how developed the 11 year old is. If she is very developed I would steer her away from something so low cut. If not it looks absolutely fine and quite pretty.

Weirdly, I guessed that was the Beckham daughter without there being a face to identify. I’m not sure what that says about me!
