To think if you're unhappy with your life, it's probably your relationship that's a key problem?

Just that really. Unhappy lately.

Relationship is ok but dull and stale over the years. Could it be that or are there other reasons that I need to get to the bottom that are making me happy. Eg. Endless wfh, rubbish social life etc. there are as many positives to stay as there are to consider leaving, if not more.

So this is more of a generalist question - if you're unhappy in your life, is it usually because you have problems in your relationship too on some level? Whether big or small.

Thanks all.

I guess I have a combo going on that I need to unpick. Relationship isn't terrible but it feels a bit more like a house sharing arrangement sometimes. Also probably don't have the best relationship with myself - any tips on how to change this, self improvement type stuff I suppose?

Other stuff is in there for sure; health stuff, family worries, childhood trauma, work and friendships at times.

I guess what the poster mentioned about trigger stacking is probably accurate, it's when there's a combination on that it's overwhelming and hard to unpick.
