To ask if your long term memory is poor like mine?

Inspired by another thread about childhood memories of Christmas, can I ask if anyone else has really poor long term memory or should I be concerned?

I'm 42. I hardly remember anything about my childhood. I can tell you where I lived etc but I have very few memories of key events such as Christmas celebrations, birthday parties, holidays. I have the odd "snapshot" of things, but I couldn't tell you what year I went to x country with my parents etc. My teenage years are also pretty fuzzy. I've forgotten loads of what I did at university. I don't remember meeting my husband for the first time approximately 18 years ago. I've even started to forget things about my DC's (10 and 7) early years such as nursery events etc.

I don't have an issue with things like maths formulas for calculating things, or the French I studied at A Level, or random facts and figures. But personal events seem to often elude me and when people say "do you remember when we..." I genuinely struggle to recall what they are talking about probably about 75% of the time.

I can't remember (haha) how long I've been like this. Certainly since I've had the children.

Anyone else like me? Or should I be concerned?

My memories are pretty vague TBH and even when my children were young I cannot remember specific milestones in any great detail.
My sister can remember so much more from our childhood.

My brother seems to have amazing recall. He comes up with all sorts of details from our childhood.

I do wonder if sleep deprivation is part of it. I've always struggled with insomnia since I was a kid.
