Jane Moore and Ruth are great

BelgiumArse · 27/11/2022 03:36

Absolute bag of shit.

I once bumped into an ex loose woman: I would say in 2007 as I remember having my young child with me.so this person may have been on around the same time as Jenny or slightly later. She said it was really toxic and the women were really catty but said Kaye Adams was nice.
I enjoyed it when it was first on but cannot strand it now.

Not watched it in years, amazed it’s still on tbh, seemed to be getting a bit old fashioned then.

That's because they are the more intelligent have achieved something types , them and JSP. The others are just vacuous airheads and don't get me started on that Nadia 😂

Agh. Nadia Sawhala is the worst of the lot. There's nothing about her life she wouldn't sell. I saw her selling some of her medical history the other day in a magazine. No wonder her sister doesn't speak to her anymore. And how do I know that? Because she sold that bit of her life too.

They were not berating housewives. They were discussing the term 'career girlfriend' so usually young women who are the partner of a rich man and cater to all his needs, stay at home, cook, clean and don't have kids. It's been trending on social media and these young women make out it is a glamorous thing to do to take care of their men. The discussion was around their thoughts and opinions about it. Obviously it was a heightened debate because some women think its ludicrous and sets us all back, that these young women have no aspirations and are making it look appealing when the reality is that they are in a very vulnerable position to not be earning.

As for the atmosphere I can appreciate that they will have different views. Some have been friends for years and socialise outside of work, others don't. There have been rumours about Colleen for a while but she was recently paid damages so who knows.

Loose Women makes me embarrassed to be a woman.

WifeMotherWorker · 27/11/2022 18:05

A programme for the brain dead!

allthegoodusernameshavegone · 27/11/2022 18:08

Utter TV drivel.

zimmerreturn · 27/11/2022 18:08

I got stuck with it on whilst breastfeeding years ago and I just remember Carol whining about Chris Evans. They hadn't been together for years. What a load of shit.

Then the innuendos about the size of an Xmas turkey Confused

Wow. Hard hitting stuff.

honeybee43 · 27/11/2022 18:09

Denise Welch is by far the worst. Absolutely loves the sound of her own voice and manages to bring every single discussion back to her alcoholism, mental health issues, covid views or younger husband.

A couple of them are decent enough but I always feel let down when someone good joins loose women - you're better than that Katie Piper 🙈

I don't find it hard to believe there's bitchiness behind the scenes. The egos on the likes of Denise Welch, Colleen Nolan and Nadia Sawahla means that clashes are bound to happen. Carol Mcgiffin is another one with her oh so controversial views on not having kids. Yawn.
