To block a vinted buyer

Just,as it says really.
A potential buyer messaged on Saturday night asking when I could send an item, I replied straightaway that I cold send either Sunday or Monday depending on method of delivery.
Poof! Nothing since, I've found this a lot tbh with Vinted.
I've just checked their reviews and they have 6 recent 1 star auto feedback reviews, "order not complete".
I've researched this and it seems that they cancel a lot of orders.
Wibu just to block them as it seems they just waste peoples time?

Why do you need to do anything? If they get back to you, they get back to you. If they don’t, they don’t.

Fair enough but it seems they start an order and end up cancelling meanwhile other potential buyers cant buy it can they? Just like people on ebay who win an item then never pay!

Is that what they’ve done with you? Started an order, so nobody else can currently buy until they cancel?

No but I've had a few do this and the point of reviews is so sellers and buyers can see how reliable a buyer/ seller is.
I'm so fed up of time-wasting, who one minute are desperate or really want something then poof! Nothing, I'd just rather block and remove the stress.
I sell on Etsy too and the amount of people who ask for custom items which would require me purchasing extra stuff to make items and then never hear from them again is unreal! Obviously I always state I will order parts when they place their order. Im not talking just enquiries, but the potential buyer actually saying "oh im so happy you can do this I'll place my order" or words to that effect.

But surely all they've done is make an enquiry to help them weigh up whether or not they're interested?
Doesn't obligate them to make a purchase.
