To stay in a minimum wage job?

I currently work in a tearooms of a stately home (1 week day and every Sunday) it only pays the national living wage but I don't have to pay for childcare on those days, it's only 4 miles from home and I enjoy the job and who I work with. It can be physically demanding, very busy and long days but it's an 'easy' job with little responsibility.
I am qualified in healthcare but didn't go back to it after having my eldest. Out of curiosity I applied for a £14ph job in the work I used to do, as I still have my qualifications. Much to my surprise, I have been offered it.
It's longer travel time by around 30 mins, and I will need to pay for childcare 2 days a week - I've worked out where as I now get about £700ish per month for 2 days, I will get about £1300 before tax for 3 days in this job. No weekends though.
I'm now wondering if I'm better staying in my current job. AIBU to be considering turning it down?

How much will you be better off by after expenses? Work out the real hourly rate and then decide.

Why did you apply and not do this math in advance, was it an ego boost or laziness?

Do what will make you happy and what makes financial sense for you and your family.
