Just a query really, do your local police cars display trans flags and the motto " police with pride",
Should they display all relevant flags and colours or remain a neutral profession ?

It runs deeper than the poice. You only have to look at the number of black boys who are excluded from our schools to realise the massive problem with racist teachers and don't get me started on healthcare outcomes! Particularly if black women dares to be pregnant.

The car was probably decorated for a pride event & then goes into general use.
It isn't sent specifically to LGBT community but it does help gain trust among groups that have a historic difficulty engaging with police.
Our local police also decorated a tractor to engage with rural & farming communities at local agricultural shows. This didn't mean police were making a political statement about rural issues.

Yes ours display the full pride flag, so represents the entire community

Does that mean it's an exclusively lesbian, Gay, bi, trans, Queer, community that you live in then?

Neutral? Is that a joke? They’re systemically racist, apparently - well, the Met is at least. Is that neutral?
How about the PSNI ( used to be the RUC) ? Literally colluded with terrorist to murder Catholics. Are they neutral?
If it’s the gay thing you’re worried about, I can confirm that police are generally considered fairly homophobic too.

It’ll take more than a painted car to make up for decades of police brutality against the LGBT community… not sure about the farmers…
