In a job advert, with a screen shot of a Teams meeting of everyone singing happy birthday.

It's a good job, a social organisation that aligns closely with my own values and for which I'm well qualified, the pays good too but AIBU to think it sounds like a horrendous place to work? Or do most people actually like this sort of thing?

I prefer my job where they give you the day off on your birthday! Suggest that instead.

It's not only singing happy birthday though, it paints a picture of what every day would be like. Also the kind f people you'd be working with. There's a place for all sorts, but a whole organisation of them, especially if you don't fit?

Seems a bit harsh to judge the entire organisation based on one thing that they do though? But if you don't fancy it, don't take the job.
