Just that really. What is the meaning behind/origin of your username?
I’ll go first: mine is based on the name of a holiday home I visited many years ago now.

Random nonsense sounds, like a verbal doodle.

I was trying to eat dinner over feeding newborn DTs and MN at the same time

Mine was a tribute to HRH The Queen. Lizzie was my Queen (macQueen).

I guess I could change it to Charlie McKing. 😁

I am a violinist and I was born at the end of 1964.

Based on sitting on a beach on Easter Island with the awesome Moai statues🗿next to us watching the sunset and then being awestruck by the huge amount of stars in a pitch black sky with absolutely no light pollution.

Mine derives from RightsOfWomen which I created as a NC during my divorce when I tried to contact them for support.
I then changed back to my usual username and then found when I wanted to use RightsOfWomen again it was taken (or at least I couldn't use it), so I just made it TheOrigRights

Divorce was a while ago and kind of gave up trying to use different usernames so I use this one.

Someone said it on a thread about bottled water. It tickled me.

My previous two were variations on a phrase.

I think I need a new one before someone figures me out but I’m out of inspiration currently.

I don't sleep well. One thing that often works is picking a theme and working my way through the alphabet thinking of one thing that fits the theme.

A is for apple

Rusty is a little knitted bear, about 3 inches high, made by my mum for me to take in my pocket on my first day at school. Originally he was a deep rusty-red colour, but he got washed in my pocket so often, he faded to pinky brown. He got attacked by moths and the darker brown patches cover the holes. He's now 61 years old and lives in retirement in a rocking chair on my bedside table.

I command the Light Company of the South Essex and frequently save the Duke of Wellington's bacon on the battlefield.

Mine is from when I lived at home and my parents phone number somehow got in the phone book (yes I am that old!) as a dog rescue centre so my DF just started answering the phone "Hello this is not the dogs home". Well we have lots of cats and seem to end up with foster cats at regular intervals so when DF calls me I answer "Hello cats home"

It was a name change from my original name, TigerDriver. It's to do with classic cars.

I change name every few posts and it’s always based on something I can see when I look up. This one was a combo of things in my line of vision
