To wear this to a job interview?

I have a job interview and nothing that fits or looks right. I really like this dress. Is it too casual? It's a creative role, mid-manager level, NHS.
I have order stuff online but none of it looks right. Having had a baby and a pandemic, plus working from home, I have lost all touch with formal wear. Help!

Jesus, are people really concerned about a slit in a dress being unprofessional? I'm sure OP is not going to have her crotch on show.

I would if it got me the job... no, the slit is quite short - just the model has it unbuttoned. I think I will wear it. It does make me feel more confident and I think the world has changed since my last face-to-face interview, just four years ago. I have smart Chelsea boots and a very expensive Italian coat to wear with it. Thank you for all your input Mumsnet.

It's the multi floral Edolie dress at multiple stockists, including JL.
