I can't get it on my TV anymore because apparently it's too old. I'm trying to log in on my laptop but just get

Am I being wildly cynical in thinking they're just trying to push the ITV plus subscription service?

@GordonShakespearedoesChristmas I have just worked out I can cast it from my phone so problem solved.

I only use it on my laptop to rewatch the original, 1970s, Upstairs Downstairs. It has been fine for that so far. Not even any adverts (apart from in the episode where the King comes to dinner).

Maybe I better crack on and try to get through them before this new service comes along and I have to start paying or before it stops working.

Are they going to have both running alongside each other?

I have a Roku, the one TV is a Panasonic and there are licencing issues but the stick sorts it out. I also have one on the old non smart TV.

The same thing is happening with live events on Amazon Prime. I’m watching Wales v Argentina on my laptop because my TV won’t play it properly. The picture is ok but the sound is unlistenable.
