Papa Johns, food order, no customer service number?

On Halloween we ordered pizza.

Non of the sides arrived, just pizza. Went to my order details to call and get sides delivered. Phone number listed for local Papa Johns that made our meal is Invalid. Just cuts off.

So no way to let them know order was incomplete.

No email. Just a 'feed back form' online that I filled in but heard nothing.

I can't find a head office number.

Local number is still 'invalid'.

How can they be a takeaway with no contact number?!

I want a refund for the items they never sent to me :(

When has a takeaway driver even gone back for a missing part of an order? They just say comtact the restaurant

The guy said he'd forgotten to pick it up and would be back in a few minutes. And he was.

I'm a delivery driver and I've done it every time I've forgotten something.

I would never tell them to just call the restaurant and wash my hands of it.

Deliveroo/ubereats is different, the drivers don't work for the takeaway place.

Dominoes/papa johns have their own drivers.

Yeah no delivery driver has ever done that for me. Just shrugged their shoulders and gone away

Surely you’d have noticed the other items were missing during the time of delivery, when only one box of pizza was handed over?
If you’d mentioned it to the driver, they would have gone back for you.

I didn't answer the door. My husband did. And he didn't know what I ordered.

And the phone isn't ringing out.

If you call the number it come up as invalid.

So they emailed back yesterday asking why. I hadn't taken it up with the store direct, half my email was me explaining I can't get through to them?!!

They're now 'investigating'.

What is there to investigate? I doubt employees will remember putting 2 sides in a bag for a specific order or admit to forgetting to!

They’re investigating your order. They need to find it on the system and make sure you did actually order those two sides before refunding you.

Quite often people complain they never received X, Y or Z when they never even ordered it in the first place, either because they meant to and forgot, someone else did the ordering or because they’re chancing their arm it won’t be checked.
