Do FM fragrances actually smell like the brands?

My friend has just signed up. I never wear perfume so can legitimately escape the sales pitch but I'm curious if they smell like the brands they are meant to smell like.

I guess there is no reason they shouldn't. I'm guessing brands copyright the fragrance make up but I suspose anyone who knows their stuff coild identify the nake up?

Perfume Parlour and Eden do excellent dupes. The dupes are EDP not EDT, are cruelty free and obviously lots cheaper.

My signature scent is Dior Addict. The Dior Addict dupe smells identical. I also managed to find a dupe of a long discontinued perfume called Gloria, by Cacherel. Made my year, as I'd not smelt it for years.

I also wear Narcisco Rodriguez dupe, it doesn't smell identical, but close enough.

I'd hate to be given a dupe for Christmas. If it wa something like a next or zara one that was a dupe but wasn't pretending to be a dupe that would be fine but I'd hate to get something that was proud of being a dupe but cheaper.

Yes. I was wearing one of them and my boss said "oh you're wearing (high end perfume)! Smells lovely"

Perfume Parlour is usually good.They have been operating for yonks and know what they're doing. Their dupe of Prada Iris is actually better than the original. It's not the same across all fragrances... some are very bad, but I quite often wear their versions, get compliments. I don't think they are great at replicating the really high end stuff, but I wouldn't expect them to be.

Lidl did a really nice one that smelled like Chanel no 5.

Perfume parlour is amazing. Their jo malones are better than the real thing because they last.

I have bought a fake Chanel from an FM seller and it smelt the same.

I bought a couple from a girl at work. They snell
dlightly different. The main thing I noticed was the get really strong if you leave them in the hottie. Unbearably strong, I put one spray on and it made me queasy it was so strong.
