Did UK ever had so handsome prime minister?

First I'm not British, so probably not my place to write about this, but I like reading about your history and politics.

I can not name every UK prime minister in the last 100 years, but looking at their pictures I can not remember any other that was so handsome as Rishi Sunak.

His policies aside, he is physically just my type.

Anybody else thinks he is lovely to look at even if you do not agree with his opinions.

Um, Boris?

😳where's the vomiting emoji when you need it?

Marcipex · 25/10/2022 13:28

What is wrong with you??

ArabellaScott · 25/10/2022 13:28

Eastie77Returns · 25/10/2022 12:45

Nick Clegg was ok.

Nick Clegg had echoes of Colin Firth.

Dishy Rishi does have a nice face, OP, yes.

ThreeblackCats · 25/10/2022 13:28

Yeah, because thats what matters! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Cuppasoupmonster · 25/10/2022 13:26

He looks professional, dresses sharply and is in good shape, which matters to me.

But his face reminds me of a Wallace and Gromit character.

Omg he does, I love this thread.

My mother met him when she was young and said he had the bluest eyes she’d ever seen.

he knew my father

I can't stand Keir Starmer, but there's no denying he was a handsome chap in his youth.

Yes. He's my type too.

Oysterbabe · 25/10/2022 12:44

He's our most attractive PM to date IMO.
It is, however, a low bar.

Nah, both Melbourne and Wellington were right lookers.

TheLassWiADelicateAir · 25/10/2022 13:30

SheWoreYellow · 25/10/2022 12:45

Blair and Cameron were only a year younger when they became PM.

I’d probably go Cameron if I had to.

He wasn't PM but I thought George Osborne was quite good looking. He had very stylish suits.

I was expecting that, everyone says it when I mention this!

FrenchOnionShoeBox · 25/10/2022 12:50

He’s no Marquess of Rockingham. FIT.

Blimey Charlie. Also helloooo.

Tsort · 25/10/2022 13:32

Nick Clegg had echoes of Colin Firth.

I am confused and upset.

JustOrderADoor · 25/10/2022 13:22

@RainbowZebraWarrior I don't want to think about JRM & a 'happy ending' 😋🤮🤮

Shit. 🤦‍♀️ Yeah. Bad choice of words. I think I was stuck on the idea of it being a horror story (the small horse and the haunted pencil)

We'll go with silver lining instead, eh?

Hope I didn't put your off your lunch.

Paslaptis · 25/10/2022 13:33

It's always slightly depressing though, that they come into office looking (reasonably!) fresh but leave looking grey, doughy and haggard.

To be fair, these days they're not lasting long enough to age badly.

ArabellaScott · 25/10/2022 13:33

I used to think David Miliband was quite hot, although I think he could do with growing his hair out a bit. It's a bit Action Man velveteen right now.

There must surely be some 'advisor' somewhere having realised all attempts at distracting the public with Liz's juggling breasts have failed spectacularly so they'll try focusing in on using their secret weapon instead - the sex God that is Rishi Sunak.

He looks like the fat controller from Thomas the Tank.

Omg fat controller

Thesearmsofmine · 25/10/2022 13:33

He’s quite attractive and seems much more glamorous than the majority of our prime ministers. Not really my type but I can see the attraction.
I just looked up a young Keir Starner and think he was good looking. I thought Nick Clegg was ok too.
i have no idea what anyone sees in Boris, maybe it’s a charisma thing?

Clint Eastwood in his younger days...

Wouldn’t say no to Clint Eastwood anytime!

Yes he definitely got the.looks in the family.

HailAdrian · 25/10/2022 13:35

I have a soft spot for Jeremy Corbyn, in all seriousness.

May had a twinkle in her eye.

May has a great sense of humour. She turns up to all the local events, and really gets involved in the local community.

I thought Matt on Strictly looked like Clint Eastwood would have looked had he had a shitload of cosmetic surgery.

Emmelina · 25/10/2022 13:36

He’s not bad on the eyes, I’ll admit!
