I’m up with 2 poorly kids and haven’t been able to get any sleep yet! One of them has already thrown up all over his bed so I’ve had to sort that. Not got any sleep so far and don’t think I will get any. I’m exhausted, would just be nice if there’s anyone who’s awake to chat to, sorry

Moral of the story ....take proper photos of their life long teddies !

Read the thread on Ambulance waiting times earlier and it upset me so much that I can’t sleep now.

I live alone, have heart and Osteoporosis issues and am terrified of what would happen if I needed help urgently.

Then start stressing about the current political / economic situation, what is going on with Putin and that is it, all chance of sleep gone.

I'm up, but it's only 11 here. I'm watching Psych.

My ds has been ill all week. Mon and Tue he woke up in the middle of the night at around 3am since then I now automatically wake up at that time even though he's sleeping through the night again. Ive been awake for more than 1h and still can't go back to sleep.
