I just want a jersey dress! Lords of fashion why are you so cruel..

I live in dresses but I cannot STAND the floral trend that's all over the place and the weird scratchy materials (polyester etc) are abhorrent.

AIBU if I ask your recommendations for inexpensive, plain jersey or cotton-based dresses? Why are they so hard to find? Why is everything patterned?

Please help Mumsnet! Else I shall have to go into autumn naked.

I am a bit on the chunky side at the moment and a size 18 and have the L but it is the type of dress that I could still wear it easily if I lost 2 stone. It just hangs perfectly. I would guess at S being a 8-10 M being a 12-14 and the L being a 14-18. Phase eight are great at returns though so you could always order two sizes and send one back.
