Sorry it’s not really an aibu, just need a quick grammar answer and google is not helping!!
What is correct when responding to somebody who has apologised for being slow:
Not at all, it is I who HAS been a slow responder
Not at all, it is I who HAVE been a slow responder
I know it’s not the greatest sentence in the world, but grammatically - is it has or have? Or something else entirely? Both feel wrong!
