dinner: bowl of stew with 2 slices of bread, 4 fish fingers, 4 chocolate biscuits and a mug of milkshake. (Eaten over 2 hour period)

Thankyou

No that is not a binge OP xx onwards and upwards do not worry about it

PurpleDaisies · 10/09/2022 18:44

I would love to know what experience with eating disorders the posters proclaiming with certainly that the op didn’t have a binge have.

OP mumsnet is awful for advice on disordered eating. I’d recommend seeking some in real life.

There is no help unfortunately. No help for anything

I think it sounds as though you had urges to binge - but didn't. You had smaller quantities of things that are commonly the chosen foods for binges and were able to pause.

Was it a stressful day or a calm one for you?

@KiraKiraHikaru are you in UK? If you are, have you asked your Gp to refer you to your local eating disorder service?

Hi OP,

Just popping our head round to check in and say that while we are always proud of our Mumsnet community and how supportive they are, we always recommend seeking medical advice as we cannot vouch for the skills and expertise of any of our users.

Best wishes
