Tempted to drink wine in the garden!

Beautiful day here in the NE of England. Very tempted to open a bottle of wine whilst I sit out and read Riders! Inspired by the other thread!

AIBU or should I resist!

You are allowed to treat yourself for a day. Life is far too short to not take advantage of being able to chill out in the garden with a cheeky glass of wine and a book.

I love the book Riders, my favourite character is Rupert Campbell Black.

It's a Sunday, the sun is shining, presumably you're an adult. A fancy has taken you therefore it would be shame not to indulge it.

On a related note, did you know Netflix are making an adaptation of Rivals?

I hope it’s better than the TV adaption of Riders which was appalling. They completely changed the ending and Rupert was just creepy.

Pour yourself a glass, leave the bottle in the kitchen, then you'll get so engrossed in the book you won't be tempted to go and pour another glass of calories .

Anyway, if Jilly Cooper taught us anything it’s that women can easily lose a stone in a week simply by being busy or by catching a minor bug. Why not follow the Jilly Cooper diet?
