AIBU to ask how I break up with my hairdresser?

I mean I know ultimately I AM being unreasonable, I pay her to give me a service and if I am no longer happy with said service or can no longer justify the cost then I have every right to just not go back. My issue here is I always feel really bad about not re-booking (or cancelling an already made appointment) no matter the situation and my anxiety kicks in. I am friends with her on social media and she’s so lovely but didn’t do a great job on my DD’s hair recently (she’s 5 so I know it’s not easy!) and I’ve been contemplating moving to a mobile lady I know recently anyway. But how do I actually word the message to her to cancel my appointment?
and yes I am ready to be told to get a back bone etc etc I just genuinely would like some friendly suggestions :-/

You're not the only one that feels like this. My lash tech has recently put her prices up and I've found a cheaper lady that seems just as good, but they always post client pics all over Instagram and my current lady follows all the local technicians so I'm too scared to go incase she sees it and thinks I've betrayed her Blush

We often have people who say they don't want to be on social media and we absolutely respect that. So they don't go on the social pages

One person did say it was because they were trying to avoid their previous hairdressers!
